Bu yöntemlere dünyamızda yaşanan problemleri gün yüzüne çıkartmak ve bu problemler için daha önce üretilmiş olan çözüm yöntemlerini iyileştirmek amacıyla başvurulmaktadır. Arazi kullanımı ve arazi örtüsü çalışmaları için arazi örtüsü kullanım haritalarının üretilmesi gerekmektedir. Bu bağlamda yapılan literatür taramaları sonucunda; uydu görüntülerinin ham hali üzerinden yorum yapmak oldukça zor olduğu için çalışma sahasının büyüklüğüne uygun olabilecek çözünürlüğe sahip uydu veya uydularla çalışılıp, yine çalışmaya uygun sınıflandırma yöntemi ve ona uygun indeks seçimiyle beraber yüksek doğrulukta haritalar oluşturmanın mümkün olduğu görülmektedir. Gelişen teknolojiler ile beraber, bulut bilişim platformu kullanılarak platform üzerinden erişilebilen milyonlarca uydu görüntüsü veri setinden çalışmaya uygun olan uydu görüntüleri seçilir ve görüntülerin ön işleme adımları da bulut ortamında sağlanır. Bu sayede, görüntülerin işlenmesi ve saklanması olması gerekenden daha az maliyet gerektirecektir. Fosil kaynaklarının giderek tükenmesi ve çevreye verdiği zararların telafisinin güç noktalara ulaşması insanları, çevreye en az seviyede zararlı olan yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklarını kullanmaya yöneltmiştir. Yenilenebilir enerji kaynakları içerisinde dünyanın birçok bölgesinde üretilebilen, çevreye zarar vermeyen ve ticari açıdan en elverişli enerji türlerinden birisi de rüzgâr enerjisidir. Rüzgâr Enerji Santralleri (RES), sürdürülebilir enerji projeleri için enerji üretmede en uygun yöntemlerden biridir. 2022 yılına gelindiğinde dünyada enerji ihtiyacının %12’sinin rüzgâr enerjisinden karşılanacağı tahmin edilmektedir. WebGIS, bu olanakları herkese sağlamak için internet tabanlı haritaları ve istemci sunucu mimarisini kullanır. Ancak bu mimaride servis odaklı mimariye geçilmesi, bununla baş edilememesi, artan veri hacminin ve erişim isteklerinin sayısının artmasıdır. Hizmet odaklı mimari, farklı kullanıcılarla buluştuğunda dinamik, esnek ve yeniden yapılandırılabilir bir hizmet sistemi sunar. Ayrıca bu, mekânsal bilgiyi yayarak karar verme sürecini iyileştirir. In the studies, it is observed that the logistics sector is evaluated in terms of economic, social, political, geographical or environmental aspects. In these evaluations, many concepts such as a port, logistics center, logistics village were used and studies of these areas were made. However, the concept of dry port has become widespread in the world in the last 20 years. This situation made it difficult for dry ports to separate from inland ports, logistics centers and ports. In this study, dry ports in Europe were examined and Hamina Kotka dry port in Finland, located in the north of Europe, and Zaragoza Dry port in Spain, located in the south of Europe, were close to each other in terms of capacity, and comparative analyzes were made. Türkiye’de de çeşitli önlemler alınmıştır. Belli dönemlerde karantina önlemleri alınmış, insanlar evlerine kapanmıştır. Karantina süreçlerinde hava kalitesinde bazı değişiklikler gözlenmektedir. Bu çalışmada Sentinel-5P TROPOMI cihazından alınan uydu verileri kullanılarak Konya ilinde Covid-19 pandemi süreci öncesi Nisan-Mayıs 2019 tarihleri ile Nisan-Mayıs2021 Covid-19 pandemi süreci NO2 yoğunlukları baz alınarak karşılaştırılmıştır. 29 Nisan-17 Mayıs 2021 tarihlerinde gerçekleştirilen tam kapanma uygulaması NO2 seviyelerinde istatiksel olarak düşüşlerin görülmesinde önemli bir faktör olarak düşünülmektedir.</p> Bilge BÜTÜN Copyright (c) 2021 International Geoinformatics Student Symposium (IGSS) 2021-06-30 2021-06-30 1 1 63 63
